To be the standard of excellence in equine assisted activities by providing the highest quality experience to disabled, emotionally challenged, and behaviorally at-risk individuals through education and community partnerships.

STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

1. Serving disabled, emotionally challenged and behaviorally at-risk individuals

Healing Reins will assure that it can meet the community's demand and need for therapeutic riding.

2. Diversify / Increase Income

To remain financially viable and continue to meet the therapeutic riding needs of the community, Healing Reins will look for ways to diversify its income stream so that revenue continues to grow.

3. Community Advocates

Healing Reins will create an environment that attracts, retains and grows its people at all levels of the organization (board, staff, volunteers and participant families).

4. Community Awareness and Partnerships

Healing Reins will enhance its presence and relationship with the community so that customers and donors value and support its services and activities.

5. Facility and overall capacity

Healing Reins staff and the Board will continue to examine capacity of our facility and staff and volunteer needs in order to appropriately plan and meet the needs of the individuals of our growing community.
